Strategic Management Analysis of Madrasah/School Curriculum Design Effectively in Building the Understanding of Religious Moderation as a Solution for National Harmony and Peace

International religious tensions have become interesting information in various mass media. Ease of access to digital information has a major influence on various international issues and tensions. Tensions that culminate in physical conflict provide various meanings to community communal relations. This tension cannot be separated from the issue of SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race & Inter-Group). This research aims to find out preventive steps for international conflict against religious tensions in Indonesia. These preventive actions are implied in the strategic management of effective school curriculum design in building understanding of religious moderation as a solution to national harmony and peace. This type of research is field research using an exploratory qualitative approach. The research results show; First, strategic analysis develops local wisdom values because the media builds an attitude of love for the country, non-violence, tolerance and love for local culture. Second, strategic formulation to prepare learning materials and instruments based on local wisdom values originating from arts and culture and religious values. Third, strategic implementation of integrating local wisdom values sourced from arts and culture and religious values in the learning process. Fourth, the implications and evaluation of local wisdom-based learning include three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor.
