Strategy to Grow Tolerance Towards Non-Muslims in Chinese Convert Families in Bangka Belitung

This research aims to describe the strategy for cultivating tolerance towards non-Muslims in Bangka Belitung Chinese Muslim families so that it can provide an overview of how to foster an attitude of tolerance towards non-Muslims. The subjects of this research were 3 families of ethnic Chinese converts in Bangka Belitung. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The method for determining subjects uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that strategies for fostering tolerance can be carried out through example, conversation, giving advice and providing reading books.
